can they keep you from getting your legal limit.

ya here it say you can get a buck and a doe or two does with a bow.
Then it says you can get only a buck with a gun. Then you can get a buck or a doe with a ml tag.
Thats two does and two bucks you would think.
Ask the office no it is one buck all year if you get it with a bow you can not gun hunt. till ml season

Regs are weird. Ya got to read the whole thing. Ohio is like that and as an added sticker they put in there something like "This publictions doesn't cover all the regulations, contact ... for the complete rules" Even then I don't think they would make any more sense.
Several places in our regs it talks about shooting a buck here, there, this season, that season... Bottom line, you can only shoot one period. You wont know that unless you read the whole thing. They have improved the wording over the years. Our bag limits are similarly worded.
If they say the same thing again, they're not keeping you from reaching your limit, your not adding things up right.

ya i know i just wanted to know before season if i know i can drop to quick with my bow for meat then go back in with the bounse tags for a big one. it changes what i would do.
If i can only kill two with my bow i might bemore willing to let the smallone walk in the early days.

Ask someone else.
FWIW they can do whatever. You have the rite to chalenge it. It will cost you. The whole thing can be thrown out in court. Sucks!
Don't count your deer before you have them
