so if my loop is a bit longer than it was, maybe that's why I slapped my damn arm about 5 times yesterday!!! I have not done that with this bow until I put a new loop on. My anchor feels a bit different as well.

I think what Maryland hunter is trying to say is that in terms of actual draw lenght to the bow and not the shooter does not change. So technically, he is correct. Because it does not change the bow's performance in fps or anything like that. So yes, it does only change the anchor point. I wish he would have just said that without me having to critically think, owey it hurts! LOL

I am 28'' off the string, with loop 27.5. I went a tad shorter because when I hunt with heavy cloths I feel I can anchor better. I have a short loop also like greg.
