How about if you attach a grappling hook to a rope and toss it over to the deer, then drag it back without you crossing the property line

Tony,
What if while in the process of getting your deer, the land owner sees you and says "this is posted private property get off" would you simply ignore him and go about your business?

I don't expect you to change your mind, Big. Which is why I haven't made an attempt to make an argument in favor of my opinion. All I've done is state my opinion and have that opinion torn to pieces by you.
Yes, I would break the law in order to retrieve my deer if it came down to it. I killed that animal. It deserves to be used not wasted. If my neighboring landowner wants to be a prick and not let me get it, I'll do it when he doesn't know about it.

Agreed. Delete this whole thing anyone? Or maybe move it to the religion forum now so Preach can be in his natural environment. Apparently every opinion is "respected" except ones that challenge his religion.

Why not just tell him "To hell with you old man...I'm getting my deer and you can just shut the hell up because this is MY deer and I'm entitled to it no matter WHAT you say. I've seen your signs andthey don't mean a hill of beans to me.... not when MY deer is laying there. So go back inside, make yourself a chicken pot pie and mind your own business!"
Why is it different when the owner tells you to stay off instead of posting it?
