What if while in the process of getting your deer, the land owner sees you and says "this is posted private property get off" would you simply ignore him and go about your business?
I would leave .......crying, but I'd leave ....
Why? You ALREADY knew he didn't want you on the property. In essence he has already told you no by posting the signs.
Why not just tell him "
To hell with you old man...I'm getting my deer and you can just shut the hell up because this is MY deer and I'm entitled to it no matter WHAT you say. I've seen your signs andthey don't mean a hill of beans to me.... not when MY deer is laying there. So go back inside, make yourself a chicken pot pie and mind your own business!"
Why is it different when the owner tells you to stay off instead of posting it?
