Default Why? (trail camera question)

well i set my camera out 2 weeks ago and i checked it the other day. it only had 2 pictures on it and they were from me makin sure it was working. when i came back to check it...the camera(bushnell trail sentry 9302) was off. i am assuming as soon as i left the camera it shut off. my question is why did it automatically shut off ?? the batteries are still good and working...i am kinda mad to say the least...mainly because i saw 45 deer on my way to check this camera and none of them are on film!!

sorry to hear that...it could be a malfunction...but i would suggest looking in your users manual....a lot of these kinds of questions can be answered there...it may have an automatic shut off switch, or you may have not set it up properly?

try and set it up at home in your house...walk by it once or twice a day...see if it works...if it does then put it back out in the woods...if not return it to bushnell

Not to insult you but did you take it off TEST? I've done the same thing with mine and that's why I ask. No dissrespect meant.

I have a trail sentry 119200 and it works great, you can read about yours here. http://www.chasingame.com/reviews_bushnell.htm#2007Bushnell_11-9302

Mine has done that before in bad weather conditions, for ex. the cold really takes a toll on it, almost likeit temporarily freezes it.
