Default Need Help Contact Land Owner

~Please Help~

I have used all the online (free and paysites).

I am trying to find a skiptracer (sp?) to contact a guy who owns 1000 acres in Central Illinois. The land hasn't been hunted in 5 years..The owner lives in Florida and the land is just sitting there. If I could contact him, I'm sure I can get a good lease price due to the fact nobody else has contacted him.

Problem is, mail is being returned from the address registered with the county and I cannot find a phone number. Does anyone know someone that does this kind of thing for a living and can help me get in touch with the guy?

Thanks a bunch.
Glen

Try asking the commisioner of revenue who is paying the taxes, while sometimes thatperson may not be the owner, they mightbe able to put you in touch, ifits a managed estate or something.

Good Luck dealing with most government employees. Try www.BloodhoundLLC.com . Tell them what you need in regards to locating the property owner. They've done a lot tougher people locators for me. I own a comercial collection agency and if they can track down people that owe tens of thousands of dollars...Surely they can find your property owner! Food for thought too.. Good idea Glen

PM me the name of the owner and the address of the property, to include the county. I am pretty darn good at tracking people down.

Go to the town hall and look in the plat book. It will have a listing for every piece of property in the county. They have to send the tax bill somewhere.
