No other Bow Manufacturer has been more innovative than Mathews! What they've brought to the archery industry in the past decade has been amazing, and in my mind, there is no comparison..... Mathews is the best!!!

Agreed...my reference to High Country should have said possibly the "new" leader. 342 to 352 IBO with a 7" brace height...that's impressive!!!

I agree, that is very impressive! I haven't heard a lot aboutHigh Coutry in quite a while, but its nice to see they are putting out some quality bows. Eventhough, I'm a Mathews fan, I still believe there are a lot of really nice bows on the market like Bowtech, PSE, etc.

I used to be one of their hunting advisors, back in the day, (mid 90's). Took some nice animals with the Excalibur. The cams were aggressive then...the Speed Force, I am sure, will also be aggressive to get those kind of speeds from 7 inches of brace height.

On a side note, do you know anything about the Speed Pro arrows they're marketing?

When I bought my Drenalin last year I shot all of the bows that I thought that I would like, including a Bowtech, and the Dren just felt better in my hand.
Me too. I plan on keeping my Drenalin for several more years.

I like my Mathews. I put over 500 inches of bone on the wall with it in the last 5 years. Shoots pretty good.
