Always good to discredit the person and ignor the facts. I don't know much about you but the fact that they have been rejected stands by itself. Also no one determines the time that the USPTO issues its findings.

I love eating Chile in the fall, of course we know the drawback (farting) of that for bowhunters. I have trained myself to cock my hind quarters at just the right position to make one sound just like a Buck grunt, so with your secret chile recipe and fart pill and my ability to grunt like a buck, I will have the best grunt call/deer lure on the market (will it come in doe in heat?) Put me down for field advisor staff and get me some soon as possible.
PS. Dont worry about the pants, I already have some with a hole in the bum area from my wifes chile!

I'm working on a fart enhancing product that willturn your gas into a most effective deer lure. The key is in my secret chile recipe that will be bundled with the fart pill. The ingredients in both the chile and the fart pill if consumed 12 hours before the hunt interact with each other to produce the gas of choice. I'm also marketing a new line of clothing to get that gas out in the open quickly. Yep...a hole in the bum area.

[quote]Well now that I've gone through the hassle I like to say I'm surprised at some of you, but I'd be lying. First off the originator is a nobody here. No offense just I no little to nothing about you. Things become evident over time.
Secondly, don't you think the timing is more than just a little coincidental. Come on. Hunting seasons starting, guys are buying. Just kills me.
Go to the USPTO web site and folow the history (900073310) and see who's responcible .

I'm not a big carbon fan (I only own the headcover and an old non-regenerated suit
),
but I'm mostly with nodog on this one.
It looks like brono has an agenda. These companies have numerous patents (just look
at the tag on one of the garments) and there is a reason there aren't 5 companies doing
knock off carbon suits.
They might have been turned down on a variation or a particular patent, but the basic carbon
concept is almost certainly covered up in patents. Patents are denied for a lot of different
reasons, not just b/c they don't "work." The Patent office is not Mythbusters (TM), going
out and testing every product. They are mostly just looking for something that differentiates
a product from another, something new.
So Brono, if you want to bash carbon based on personal experiences go ahead, but I think this
post is full of it.

Well I googled for a 45 minutes this morning to find and find a story on this. I even went searching the patent office website. I couldn't find anything. Now I know why.[8D] I finally gave up and went fly fishing.
Just got back and see the results. LOL Man I'm tired. It's tough walking in rocky streams in water up to your knees and thighs most of the time. We started, I don't know, maybe 9:30 or 10. Just got off the water a half hour ago. I'm sore from top to bottom. The fishing was great.... just the catching wasn't worth a flip.[&:] As a novice fly fisherman I found out how difficult a wind is to fish in. LOL

I personaly own one scentlok suit, and one scent blocker suit. I think both work. Do they work perfectly, no but I do believe they help. Personaly the only way I believe possible to contain all your human odor is being in a air tight box but those are a tad hard to shoot from. One simple test I have tried on many occasions is sitting in my treestand and cutting one loose "farting" and when you do that wearing normal coverals the smell tends to come right up through the collar and you no doubt smell it. When I wear either of my carbon suits and fart I never smell it, not once. So take the test go try a scentlok or scent blocker suit on at a store and fart let us know if you can smell it.

I guess for some that can't handle the truth there must be an agenda.
