Absolutely normal, some can control it better than others. I still become a nervous wreck when even a doe comes walking in, I can't help it!
You wait all year, then finally you hear the crunching leaves, she's coming right to you, it's game time!!
To me, that's what it's all about

when you no longer get excited over taking a doe it's time to take up golf.

I have been Hunting Deer with a Rifle for over 30 years...when I took up Bow Hunting and saw deer coming in closer & closer I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest and I started to shake like a leaf!It took me 4 years to get my first Deer and it was a nice young Buck.I was never so thrilled and excited to achieve anything in all my life. There's no better feeling than being that close to a Deer out in the Wild....God I love Hunting!...It takes a lot to get over being nervous (aka Doe/Buck Fever),patients, confidence and practice will help you stay calm.
