For broadheads, i would recommend them Gobler Guillotines. i would only recomend it if you have long arrows that extend beyond you sight and rest. They shoot really well also. Very similar to a field point
Now for your setup.
For Decoys, i like to use them but make sure you point them at you. the toms will see that so they will go infront and strut there stuff...perfect for an "ambush". some people like to use decoys and some don't. its bassically preferance.
Second is the blind. Treestands are a big no-no. Turkeys have very good sight and will spot easy. I would recomend a lightwight, good quality portable blind. I use the ameristep doghouse and it works good. The Double Bull Matrix 360 is this years hottest blindon the market. they costalot tho so it depends on your budget. If you would like to make aground blind make out of stumps and stuff, be sure to make on that is widerthan you are and be sure to make sure you blend into it. like i said before, turkeys havegood sight.
And the last thing is shot placement. If you can, try to aim for the head. if you can't get a good shot, wait andwait. if you still can't get a shot, go for the middle part of the body.hopefully someone has some pics that explains that.
Thats just my $.02. Good luck and have fun!!

I think your broadhead selection is fine. The downfall with theGG is the $$$$. And the break easey. And you have to shoot long arrows. And they are hard to carry. If you hit the bird where your suppose to, any broadhead will do the trick. Adding the grasshopper will help keep the arrow in the bird, which is what you want.
I would recommend a blind or some type of concealment. As you probably already know, turkeys eyesight is amazing. So trying to draw your bow can be difficult. So whether it is a blind, brush, tree, etc go with something will help hide you when you draw.
Set your decoys closer than you normally would if you were gun hunting.
Use a range finder or have the yardage stepped off.
Good Luck
