I think your broadhead selection is fine. The downfall with theGG is the $$$$. And the break easey. And you have to shoot long arrows. And they are hard to carry. If you hit the bird where your suppose to, any broadhead will do the trick. Adding the grasshopper will help keep the arrow in the bird, which is what you want.
I would recommend a blind or some type of concealment. As you probably already know, turkeys eyesight is amazing. So trying to draw your bow can be difficult. So whether it is a blind, brush, tree, etc go with something will help hide you when you draw.
Set your decoys closer than you normally would if you were gun hunting.
Use a range finder or have the yardage stepped off.
