Default Bowtech question...

Hey what is the BowTech logo...the rainbow archer guy? Who is that guy, and why do they put it on their stuff? And why is it colored like that?

My wife has asked me a couple times, as well as a friend (he doesn't shoot a bow) and I don't have an answer. I have to admit it looks a little funny...
Just wondering,

Not sure about the answer, but most Bowtech shooters on our state based website (texasbowhunter.)catch a lot of chit because of it- "rainbow warriors" is the most common slam.

My only reply is that God gave us the rainbow after the great flood as a sign. The rainbow was stolen by the "alternative lifestyle" types; it is still a religious symbol in my book. Which is why I think bowtech adopted it. The words “in God we trust” are on the sticker on their limbs and the inside of the owner’s manual (or at least the older ones) tells a semi- religious story of where the term “mighty-mite” was derived.
