had my tag on me and was hunting in my tree stand for deer. Flock flew right at me dead on, hit the leader and it fell from the sky. It was only about 7 yards out when I shot I would guess so it was about as easy as it gets I guess. Shot it with the compound too. My buddy came to get me and the goose is laying out in the field, and he just says "you've got to be kidding me....." he couldn't believe it. I just lucked out and kind of got an easy shot, well as easy as it gets when your trying to shoot a goose with your bow. Good luck in the future. BTW my experience wasn't that I was necessarily "hunting for geese" i was hunting for whitetail, and lucked into a goose that day. I also shot a doe that day. haha, interesting morning...
