how high shoud my ladder stand be i made it 12 foot but i coud add a nother couple feet on it

Kind of depends where you put it. on top of a ridge 15 ft minimumwould work good. down a ridge or in a valley 20 Ft.

as high as you feel comfortable and safe, for me thats between 15-25 feet.

I base it off of the cover that I have. If I have good cover at 12ft then 12ft is enough. The less cover I have the heigher I get
