I've tried both and both just in one year wore out so I dont know if its just me but I dont think theres much difference

Feathers all the way, but since they've voted against cock fighting in OK the other day may have to go back to vanes.

I shoot a recurve and have alway's used feather's I dont think vane's would work very well out of a recurve because of shooting off amoleskin instead of some type of arrow rest

If you don't use a release, use feathers, 4", if you use broadheads and a release, use vanes, 4", if you use carbons and mechs and release, use 2.5" vanes. that's what I've been told at least, they say that you just don't need the feathers unless you're using fingers.

Screw the 10 ring, keep them in the zero!!!
