gloves
Can anyone recommend some gloves that work really good for keeping my fingers warm, cause if it werent for my fingers freezing i could sit out there longer. Right now i wear a pair of thinsulate gloves and another pair of regular camo gloves of them. Thanks

RE: gloves
On very cold day, I will wear whatever gloves I so happen to have at the time. But, I take along a pack of 6 "Hothands" with me. The smaller ones fit right between my glove and the palm of my hand. When the finger start to get a little chilly, I just pull them out of the fingerlets, and hold on to the packet. I put them in before I leave the truck, so they are already warm when I need them.

the secret to warm hands is to not wear anything that is too tight.
last night 28 degrees i wore a pair of latex gloves and a pair of loose fitting camo jerseys over top warm and tosty for all 3.5 hours i hunted.

Have you thought about the hand muffs that strap around the waist. I use it, with very thin gloves and stay very warm, just need a bow holder up in your tree so you don't have to move very much when you see a deer.
