For FP targets I took a set of cloth seat cushions from last yearsoutdoor patio furniture 4 cushions, stuffed them into a box w/a bunch of plastic bags from the garden mulch and it works great. When the box is shot just put the stuffing into a new box,or until your wife buys new seat cushions(next year). You do have to put it away so it doesn't get in the rain.

Try a can of the expanding foam that seals cracks. I use it all the time to fix my deer target. It works great. Just spray the foam in the hole and tape the outside of the target to hold the foam in . It will expand and seal your hole. Then you just trim off the excess.

Thank's Rusty,It took alot of brain storming but the whole system works great.I wheel it all over the yard and can roll it into the barn for winter storage.I used scrap wood on parts and used plumbers tape for the axel mounts too.
