Rubber or Leather.etc boots
#13
Isn't one of the golden rules to stay dry while hunting? I've never had a pair of rubber boots that I didn't sweat badly in when walking. Even in cold weather. I used to wear them for hunting, but now only have then around forwhen the basement floods. They are not for me at all. I'd rather be comfortable and have some support. If the occasional deer scents me, so be it. I can't see the difference however.

rubber boots are so nice to for when you cross streams or mud.
if you sweat where the proper socks that makes all the differance
ive had my lacross burly 1200s for four years now and where them until it gets near zero. i have very very sweaty feet but i just started researching the right socks and have to say they make all the difference. i cant remeber now what material to look for cause i bought a bunch so im good for awhile. just dont where cotton.
