Do you wear leather or rubber boots. Myself I wear rubber when the weather is warm, Lacrosse burlys.Cold weather boots are suede leather
on top and rubber on the bottom, Rocky blizzards. I always put cover scent on the bottom even if there is a foot of snow out.

In warm to cool temps when its really muddy I wear my rubber boots. But most times I wear either my leather non-insulated or insulated boots. After I saw a couple of coyotes stop dead in their tracks after coming upon my track in a cut bean field I decided it really didn't matter.
