I shoot the Cobra Easly Slide and have noticed that the pin isn't as bright as it used to be. I assumed the fibre broke. So, I shoot Cobra an email asking how much the replacement pin would be and they are sending me a new one free of charge.

Wow. To bad more companies don't hold up to their product like that.

Part of my penedulum sight broke, and Cobra sent out replacement parts free of charge, no questions asked. Customer service like that, is their best advertisment.

That's awesome that companies are willing to stand behind their products. I had a few broken pins on my dead nuts and copper john sent me a new set of fiber optics free of charge as well. Both sound like great companies.

Trophy Taker is a great company also. I have emailed them twice for replacement screws and ropes for my Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter. They sent them free of charge. I also asked them if I could buy the XL windage slide for my TTSH so I could obtain center shot for my Bowtech Allegiance. They let me exchange my regular slide free of charge. TT is a great company. I will always support them.

I have to admit that I never had a high opinion of Cobra products in past years. However, I picked up on of their sights last year and was extremely impressed with the design and durability of it. For the priceI think they are one of the best values out there.
