Default Lumenok Customer Service---Excellent

Ok,
I was out shooting my vegas round and took thelumenok with me out to shoot. I had literally shot it about 6 times, by it self, in no groups. The next shot the nok broke and sent the arrow flying wild. I was upset that I spent $10 on a nok to shoot it 6 times, before it broke.[:@] Well, I e-mailed Burt Coyote, not expecting a response, like most companys now days. THis morning there was an e-mail in my inbox that said. "If you will please forward your address to me and the shaft size, I would lik to replace it." I was shocked. I just thought I would say KUDOS Burt Coyote, on outstanding customer service.

I grew up just down the road from these guys. The shop is right there in a town of no more than a couple hundred people in the middle of corn fields. These guys are as down home as you can get. Doesn't suprise me at all.

Wow glad to hear that. I wish I was that smart. I got one "Free" when I bought my bow. It worked a couple times and that was it. I just figured I got it free and learned I shouldn't pay for any, and chalked it up as a lesson.

Yep, I got another email, all they want in return is the nock so that they can determine what went wrong, so that they can fix it, if it is a common occurance.
