I had a small piece on my sight crack. I contacted Cobra by email link fron their website. I let them know of the problem and that I did not want to have to change sites in the middle of the season. They were awsome and had a new piece to my house in three days. First class service.

This isn't the same company that makes 2 way radios is it? Cause I have a real problem with their customer service or lack of it.

No they are a archery products only, but it sounds like other could follow their lead.
