is it possible to use a tru ballwrist strp type trigger release as a back tension release? I tried it by turning the back of my wrist into my cheek and I was shooting alot better and I mean alot better.

that is the way I use mine. I try to make sure I use bt. I can't say that it always works out that way, but I know I am not punching the trigger. Using the release that way improved my accuracy as well. I am thininking about getting a bt release with a saftey. I really don't know how to shoot them correctly, and already saw an archer (who knew what he was doing) bounce an arrow off the side wall at the range.

I've done that a few times. The worst thing is punching yourself in the mouth while people are watching. On most TRU ball BT releases, if you flip the half moon over, you can get a feel for how far away you are from releaseing with the clicker.
