You'll need your mndnr # to see if you're drawn. It says your drivers license # works too, but mine didn't???
I'm totally pumped. Last year I shot a 185 pound 8 point. It was the only deer I saw, everyone that I hunted with saw bigger bucks then the one I got. But, I can't complain.
Anyone else going to be up there for the second hunt (oct 29th and oct 30th)?

One of these years I'm going to apply, but I want to hookup with someone that knows the lay of the land and the good spots to hunt. I wouldn't want to waste a whole day of scouting when I could be sitting in a stand! Congrats on the draw! 1st season or 2nd season?

If i hadn't left my bow at the truck there'd be a mathews on top of that buck. The bowtech isn't bad either.
xtec, don't worry about not knowing the lay of the land. go there the day before, buy a topo map (i think they have them there for $15), and bs with everyone in line. we get there around noon the day before and we'll be about 1/4 mile back in line! camping in line is the only way to go. some people hate ripley because of all the hunters but it makes the day before fun. I look forward to the ripley hunt more then any other part of the season.
