Anyone do the first hunt last Thursday and Friday. You guys had some crappy weather. Just wondering if the deer were moving (and where, PM me if you like)

I'll be up there this weekend. Anyone else going?

I was there for the first two day hunt. Saw a total of between 30-40 deer with six nice bucks, but no shots taken. It was a steady rain all day the first day, and that is when I saw most of the deer moving. The morning seemed to be the best time and the only time I saw any mature bucks. The second day there was just a little rain but lots of wind, and the deer movement was way down compared to the first day. We had six guys in this year and this was the first time in 7 years that we didn't get at least one deer. We were hunting on the south end of the camp.
