Default pendulums....more info

i' m interested in trying a savage pendulum sight, but have some questions...i shoot about 53# draw, if i sight it in at 20 yards like its says will i hit the same spot at 30 yards...and its says to sight in on the ground so will it hit the same from 20 feet up in a tree..also does the sight move alot when you are aiming or will it hold steady when you' ve found your aimpoint...thankyou

you sight at 20 yards to hit the bull, then from a treestand you should be on out to 30 yds after that you' ll have to hold a bit high to compensate for trajectory.with practice you' ll get used to it. Also the pin only moves as you move the bow to aim once you stop moving the pin will stop. If you are going to shoot from the ground you may have to buy accessories such as a ground pin. Here is their site you can ask for a catalog and they can explain it alot better if you call the. They are very helpful and I would reccomend them to anyone. http://www.savagearchery.com/contact...&showsite=true I just purchased the QC Ranger and you do not need extra pins just click the distance to the target, a tad more money than other pendulems but I' m sure its worth it. I don' t intend to buy any more sights.

The tritium pin is hard to get, so if you want a tritium pin you better order it when you buy a new sight.
