you sight at 20 yards to hit the bull, then from a treestand you should be on out to 30 yds after that you' ll have to hold a bit high to compensate for trajectory.with practice you' ll get used to it. Also the pin only moves as you move the bow to aim once you stop moving the pin will stop. If you are going to shoot from the ground you may have to buy accessories such as a ground pin.
