I have never used one personally, but both my dad and uncle have, and they agree that never again will they hunt from them. But my dads was stolen a couple years back, but he said they were not worth the money. My friend' s grandpa is Mr. Green, and i was thinking about getting one, but after my dad saying that i decided not to. Hope this helps!

I saw the tree saddle used on a hunting show on Outdoor channel not long ago and was pretty intrigued. I visited the website and saw the price. Wow!! I will stick with all my fixed stands and my climber! Pretty pricey.

Yep,I saw that the price was steep. The thing that attracted me was that you could easily move from one stand site (tree) to another and all you would need is tree steps. No weight and no noise. The alternative being that to mimic this one would have to use several stands, already set up,and the price of many stands starts to add up too. Also, when you leave stands out, they tend to dissapear.I could see that stealth and portability would be a plus with a system such as this. But it just seemed to be too good to be true.Oh well, back to the drawing board. Thanks[&:]
