AAE Maxhunter vanes.

AAE Maxhunter vanes.
I'm looking for an alternative to my 4" feathers. Stabilization with the feathers is great, I just would like something a bit more durable overall.
Beside making my arrows look neat will these small shield cut vanes do the job stabilizing small fixed blade broadheads? Are they as heavy as blazers? Fletching weight is important because I often shoot sub100 grain heads and don't want too little FOC.

RE: AAE Maxhunter vanes.
I use them both....maxhunters are 6 grains each and blazers are 5 grains each. They both shoot very similar with rage 2's and G5 striker fixed blade broadheads. I have tested quite a few vanes and these seem to shoot broadheads the best and do a very nice job with field tips too. The only difference I really noticed are the maxhunters are bet 1/16-1/8" longer and maybe 1/16" shorter. The maxhunter is a little easier to fletch an offset. I never speed tested the difference but it can't be much of anything. I was cutting vanes to pieces shooting broadheads with a mixed bag of these two vanes....Both are excellent.
