To Robin and Keith:

You have at least one person from OK sticking up for you. I had seen the pics you posted previously from Rayburn of this gar and even visited your website.

Then, I have a buddy say "Hey, come look at this monster from Broken Bow" on his email. One look and I told him no that I had seen this pic before and took him to your site. Of course, he was a little embarassed at being so gullible. That's why I post nothing I cannot prove or have not seen first hand.

Anyway, yeah, your pictures are making the email circuit with bogus info. But I'll refute what I can for you. By the way, Great fish, FROM Texas.

Don't let them get to you Robin. If that wasn't such an impressive animal no one would bother. It just shows you how much you're envied.

Those puctures will be circulating for years to come.

looks like bowfishing is getting as bad as whitetail hunting with people doing stuff like this to other peoples memories. too bad huh

Robin,

They can take the pics and the story anddo what they want with them, but the can't take the truth and memories away from ya.( i bet that you think about that moment at least once every day.)

how is the coffee table coming along. send me some pics when ya get it done.

The taxidermist hasn't even started yet...

It isn't the pix getting circulated that really bothers me. It is when someone says they know someone that is claiming to be in the pic. It is one thing put bogus info on the pic, but really, what kind of idiot claims to be in someone else's picture?

Thanks everyone!
