I'm a
newbie so beware,I bought a product called Zap at the dollar store it's blue cleaner with no ammonia.I put some on my breech plug and that crud jumped off of it,label says harmless to anything. It cleaned the fire hole and concave breech end without effort.I oiled lightly greased it and am ready to return the gun cause primers won't fire.I think it's the spring, maybe to soft. Will try Win. primers,209's,but I've loaded thousands of CCI's with out a failure in shot shells.

I think that returing the weapon for an exchange would be your best bet.
Before walking out the door with another one though.
Take it out of the box and look it over good.
Also, have the clerk supply you with a 'snap" test primer to you can ensure that
the trigger & pin assembly is functioning well.
Let us know how you end up...
