Thanks guys for your response. It seems some love T7 and others hate it. I was one who hated it the first few times but now it seems pretty good. I really don' t buy the easier to clean thing, I think it takes me about the same time to clean my ML as pyrodex to spotless...but I am abit on the anal side. I noticed T7 leaves a greasy film on the container I soak my breech and nipple in, anybody else find the same??? If so I think it essential to not only water and patch, but to use Breakfree or similar post the water and patch run. Any way just a thought for those who have experienced problems with crud rings, etc and T7.

eldeguello, you don' t need more than one shot anyway! Yes I found I could muster up to 3 shots without swabbing, but I will tell you getting the rod out after that 3rd shot takes some muscle. Something I never thought about in the field...things that make you go " Oh Yeah!!!" .

Good Luck all!

I use Pyrodex pellets, TC Mag sabots and XTP Hornady bullets. I can shoot at least ten shots before even thinking about cleaning.
