Based on their reputation, I wouldn't buy a CVA.
This is the reputation on a single model with Spanish barrels that didn't hold up. CVA builds good MLer in general and their quality is getting better and better. I would have to say feature for feature they are competative with TC and Knight and many would say they are better than Knight. Accuracy wise they are on a par with their new rifles as Knight and TC. I personally believe there are better on some models, especially on the starter MLers.Chap

Probably already been said... but I think the new Triumph is certainly the way to go.... I am an Omega owner and it is a great gun, but the Triumph is an udated Omega with the new technologies. From all accounts it certainly has widely accepted and it is accurate. If it came on SS, I might have to really consider it for myself - PROBLEM - I already have to many really great ML's..
I agree with SL and I also have an Omega. Two features that I like on the Triumph that were not available on the Omega when I bought mine, #1 is the weather shield and #2 is the thumbhole stock.
I don't think you can go wrong on a Triumph for about $300, however if you can get in on the Cabela's Rem Genesis deal, then that is an excellent price. If price is not a consideration, buy the Triumph.

Thanks guys, this seems to be the way I'm leaning. The only thing I didnt like about the triumph was the way the trigger felt before it was cocked. It seemed too far forward. However when you cock it it's fine, and that's all I have to worry about. Thanks for all the responses gents.
