So for under $150 (rifle, scope andscope rings), I'll have a decent muzzleloader setup, what a good way to start out in the Muzzleloading game

I also ordered one the other day with the Pine Ridge scope not too confident about the scope but I wont be out much for $20.

Yup, my buddy and 3 of his buddies just pulled the trigger on the same deal. Hopefully Cabelas can fill the demand for that rifle.

I just pulled the trigger on a Remington Genesis (my wife is going to kill me). A $100 muzzle loaderdeal is awfuly hard to passup (check out Cabelas.com)

Probably already been said... but I think the new Triumph is certainly the way to go.... I am an Omega owner and it is a great gun, but the Triumph is an udated Omega with the new technologies. From all accounts it certainly has widely accepted and it is accurate. If it came on SS, I might have to really consider it for myself - PROBLEM - I already have to many really great ML's..

I don't think you can go wrong on a Triumph for about $300, however if you can get in on the Cabela's Rem Genesis deal, then that is an excellent price. If price is not a consideration, buy the Triumph.

I would look at the CVA Wolf. I bought one last year about this time, and hunted with it for the first time this year. Great little gun for under $150, and if you watch your local Walmart, you might be able to pick one up for alot less. It seems to like just about anything you stuff down the barrel.
