I get those a lot, especially for paypal.
Make sure you NEVER click on the links in those emails and sign in. If you do that, it forwards it to the scammers and they got your account name and info and will rape you big time.
Make sure you change your password just for extra safety.

I am thinking of just closing my account. I know of places that can give me better deals. only bought 1 thing off there anyway and don't have the time to fight over anything

I get them a lot too. Its just a scam to try to get you to respond and give them your username and password. If you give it to them then they will rack up a bunch of bills on your account. Just delet them
