Default RE: Omega question

I have a stainless/composset Omega and I love it. Very easy to clean. Mine seems to like 120 grs of 777 and a 290 gr Barnes TMZ ( 5/8 inch, 3 shot, groups at 50 yds. It also shoots 250 & 300 gr Shockwaves quite well.

Default RE: Omega question

I have had my Stainless laminate Omega for a year and a half. Until recently (built a GPR kit this winter) I have only owned T/C products. For me, the Omega shoots great. Since Colorado only allows conicals or roundball (no sabots or scopes during ML season), I have settled on shooting a 460 gr No Excuses conical on top of 90 gr of Goex 3F and a wonder wad. I can keep shots inside of 2-3 inches at 100 yds with iron sights. Took a big Doe last year with this setup....wicked performance. Got my Cow Elk tag this year, so I will be using the same. Omega is a great inline.
