My point is why is bow hunting at all? Isn't he trying to prove a fenced hunt is just as hard as a public land hunt? Why would he care how you did it?

It's not like I want to take 500yd shots with a CF. I'm using a sidelock muzzy with iron sights and a round ball. My range is 50-60yds max.

Bow hunters take shots that long.

Not that i'd take the bet even with a muzzy. I'm just saying.

I hunt where I want to, and have no interest in proving anything.

RR
Would that prove the land is hard to hunt, or that bow hunting is harder? I think some bow hunter should take him up on it.

CWD???? now thats funny. Our gov't did well making alot of people believe that is the cause. Get your facts straight when you post something like that.

That has cost alot of people alot of money doing what they love to do. Thier land, thier money, thier animals and our gov't officials convinced people that they are bad for real hunters. Quit being so jealous over what someone else does for crying out loud. Thats what it comes down to, you guys will never admit it but it does come down to that.

And oh yea, its a bet. sence when are the odds suppose to be in your favor. Huckleberry made a bet to pay for your "canned hunt" and nobody is going to take him up on it. You all should be lined up taking him up on it with no excuses.

Where would you get stats like that? Not an easy answer.

I can say that if fenced hunts weren't successful. Hunters wouldn't be paying the big money for them.

Yes your right muley that would be hard to answer, most of the ones iv seen advertised had very high sucsess rates.i just dont understand how anyone can put high fenced hunts in the same catagory as real hunting considering that.
