it was a great hunt, now i know what they mean about "buck fever", it was all i could do to remind myself to slow down pick a spot anchor release. hopefully i'll get another shot at one of them, headed back out shortly.

I have never felt more confident for killing a deer then i do for tomorrow, im hunting where i wounded that buck in the morning, then the double at night. It should be nothing short of magical

Well i went out this morning guys but the action wasn't what i thought it would be. My uncle was also hunting the property i was on but we didn't have an run-ins. I ended up seeing only a fork horn.

Hey guys, Just thought I'd check in and see how everybody is doing. I think the big boys are just starting to move. A few friends have seen some giants chasing does this weekend. Hopefully you are all having good luck.

Lets see some horn boys!!!

Not that it is the most important thing, as hopefully you all just get to enjoy the hunting, but I just think we have the right mixture of teammembers to really do well in the contest.

I saw another button buck on the evening hunt, and that was all.

72deer on32 hunts,23 does,28 fawns,10 bucks and11 unknown.

But my brother shot his very first archery whitetail tonight, i nice doe. Ill post up pics soon.

Well, I almost scored Saturday morning. Had a nice 10 points within 20 yards, but I just needed 5 more steps from him so I could get a clear shot. It was disappointing, but it was also a confidence builder at the same time. He never winded me (he came in down wind from me), and I got another buck on my trail camera. Now I am getting confident that the big boys are starting to move. The little bucks were biting on the can, but the big bucks dont seem to be buying it yet. I am going to be getting out again this week a few times hopefully.
