Frizz... The ammo was factory loads. It is stiff with or without the shell in the chamber. It may take awhile to loosen up.

Bruce that you? I have a few torque wrenches and the cheep ones work just as well as the $200 Snap-On ones. You can find one at Sears for around $55 give or take a little.
