I believe and my religion believes that you should abstain from intimate relations until marriage. Many reasons for this have already been posted.

I also feel and my religion teaches that 16 is the appropriate age to start dating. I feel that well you can then drive so you won't have to have your mom or dad drive you to your activity. Also you reach a level of maturity around that age and can deal with the pressures without being inappropriate.

ok guys, i am in a "relationship" and i am considering doing "it". i am about to turn 15 in 14 days, and i am "with" a 16 year old, we have talked about "it" and i am pretty sure that i am ready and willing to accept what ever will happen as a result of "it". i think it would be the the best day in my life if i got to marry this chick. i LOVE her with ALL my heart. but my only fear is that things might get wierd, there is a 50 50 chance because of what we alredy have done... what should i do?

Sex-Abstinence is the best decision as far as Im concerned. As yall have said, STDs, kids, the emotional strain, just too much crap can go wrong.

Age gap-Durring school, 2 years. After college, really isnt a concern anymore. The maturity level is evened out.

Distance wise-Never been there. It takes me about 30min. to get to my girls house so thats not quite a long distance. Other than that, I have no opinion cause Ive never been there before.

MadCrazyHunter-If you still refer to sex as "it" then in my opinion, you aint ready. Hell, Im 17 and I dont feel Im ready. What could result is a scary thought at this point in my life. Gonna be a senior next year, then theres college, ect, ect, just too much on the line.
