Here im pretty sure its 14 as long as your in like yelling distance or sumthin. Haven' t hunted alone quit yet, maybe this year...

i am pretty sure that here in Iowa, you have to be at least 18 to hunt alone. However, in this state, they have a youth season, and you have to be 13 to shoot. You still have to have an adult with you though. [&:]
Youth season starts earlier in the year when the deer aren' t so spooked by other hunters. I don' t know if other states have this season or not.

I am 13 and hunted by my self ever since i started last year. i think you ned to bee 17 teen in texas.

in my state to bow hunt it' s 14 and to gun hunt its 16 but my family being a bit outside the law because of our heritage and needs we hunt alone at 11... we are Native American (as if you couldn' t tell by my signature) so by our beliefs you hunt when you come of age so to speak.. being native american my family are also all expert trackers so they were never too far behind me on my first hunt when i was learning to track on my own
