Default They're eating it!!!!!!!

I live in central Minnesota and the ground is frozen and we have about 8 inches of snow on the ground. I was out scoping out my woods and got to one of my two food plots. It looked like deer beds all over the food plot, but it was spots they were digging down to the food plot. What were the digging up........turnips I had planted last year. Many were chewed flat to the ground (when they grow they stick up an inch or two) But many had popped right out of the ground...turnip holes all over the place! I was dissappointed this sumer because They really weren't touching anything but the green tops. Didn't think I plant them again. But now, I will have to! cool!

Nice............ Were they Purpletops?

I'm going to play with them this summer too - to see what works for us.
