Default late food plot

I finally got my food plot in it's 1.83 acres it has grass, clover, corn, and beans. i know a little late. I also though of what i think is a good idea I planted 4 row of corn in a box shape to act as a ground blind. I talked to the neighbor who was putting in a lane to where there going to build a house it will mess up my hunting but they seem really nice. but i'm sure the deer will eat in my food plot. Just thought i would share

Cool, but I hate to see my hunting spots go to houses. I've had several do so and it breaks my heart each time.

Sounds good. As long as we keep getting rain your plots should do fine. I don't plan on planting mine for another few weeks. I'm planting a tecomate mix and I'm adding in some soybeans. I want the soybean to still be lush a green come Oct 1 when all the farmers bean are dead.

If it's just a single house it shouldn't bother the deer at all , they get used to us pretty quickly . I live in a 10 acre woods and deer eat right on my front lawn as long as we don't go outside while they're there .

I agree with kevin1. I just hadmy hunting cabin~house built back in May on my 92 acres and still had the Turkeys and Deer walking around the place. Didn't hurt that the ground the contract overturned while building, I threw down chicory and clover seeds.
