I talked to the neighbor who was putting in a lane to where there going to build a house it will mess up my hunting but they seem really nice. but i'm sure the deer will eat in my food plot.
If it's just a single house it shouldn't bother the deer at all , they get used to us pretty quickly . I live in a 10 acre woods and deer eat right on my front lawn as long as we don't go outside while they're there .
