I was just looking over my new Cabelas catalog and was woundering if anybody has one of these stands. I like the price but ??????????? I was thinking about the Big starr anyone else have one.

Looking at the stand in the catalog, the seat doesn't look very comfortable, but I have never actually seen one. In that price range, check out the Buckshot. I have used them and they are comfortable, climb easily and are well made.

Two years ago I hunted in Illinois out of a couple of North Starr stands. I didn't like them at all. I thought they were uncomfortable and they squeaked an awful lot.
