b square scope mount

Default b square scope mount

anyone know how to put a bsquare scope mount on a remington 870? I've got the mount and bolts but i don't know how to put it on

I have one on my Benelli Nova( I assume the procedure will be the same).There's 2 pins you have to take out of the trigger assembly-right above the trigger on the receiver-then replace with the pins and bolts that came with the scope mount.Make sure you put the spacers between the receiver and the mount then secure with the bolts.

I need more detailed instructions than that.. how do you get the pins out?? Also what are these spacers? I don't think i have them.. [&:]

Each gun is a little different. If you cannot determine which bolts to remove, contact B-square directly.

Typically, you would remove the pin/bolt (it may be a panhead bolt---with a flathead screw slot) directly above the trigger assembly. The second B-square bolt may or may not go through your receiver. On my Ithaca, the second mounting pin actually goes below the receiver in front of the trigger, and stays secure via upward pressure.
