SAY A 7MAG OR .270

Here in Va. I use a Rem. SP 10 for deer, I'm in the process of deciding between a Benelli or a Browning to replace the SP 10 cannon.

For deer, I have killed more with my Browning 270. Last year I bought a 280 just for something different and like it too. The next gun I get will be the 7mm. I shot this one last year and loved it. It had the boss barrel on it, that is probably the only thing I would change. That joker is loud <img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle>

I like the .270 myself. It makes a great deer and varmint rifle. The 90 or 100 grain bullet is excellent for varmints while the 130 grain is good for deer.

270 or 7mm08

i prefer the Remington 870, slug barrel, slugs, and a bushnell scope. Shotguns only in Indiana

I like my old .270.

Remington 700, 30-06 been getting the job done for awhile now.
