I'm with Rack on this one. I think that is a yearling(and perhaps a good yearling). TX is right, only take a management buck if he is "lacking" and MATURE.

This buck is too young for a mgmt hunt. Mgmt deer are usually bucks that have already met their peak potential or have some sort of abnomality like those wierd 3 yr old spike bucks. Give him a couple of years and he'll be fine.
