A quote from the good man NYBowHunter,
" I sit until I really start hallucinating deer everywhere. I swear I can make a deer out of anything in the woods."

Brother, I rather have some stoner watching the world go by in the woods than a squirell such as yourself. You are the dangerous one that hallucinates and/or fabricates deer from " anything" .

Weakie,
" buddy- pls dont tell me what getting high is or isnt like as i' ve probably smoked more then you have ever dreamed about."
I didn' t know that this was gonna devolve into a " I smoked more than you...." contest, you win. (I doubt it)

" Dont tell me that it doesnt impair your thinking (why would you do it)."
And it might have impaired your weakie little mind but it actually enhanced mine as it does many others that are comfortable with themselves. Impairment is usually a manifestation of a underlying deficiency, mental or otherwise.

" I quit because i had to but my friends never did. They are all still living with there moms. "
Economically I doing pretty good, thanks for asking. Sounds like you need some new friends.

" My buddy ran a stop sign one night while stoned and killed some guy on his way to the laundry mat."
That was your buddy, not mine! I still think you need some new friends.

" I dont know where your from "
I' m sorry that you can' t find Summerville SC on the map.

" ..if you ever made any stupid mistakes out there while stoned and it affected me or my family, it would be your last mistake. "
How are you going to make whatever it is, that has never happened, my last mistake if you can' t find Summerville SC?

" I know you dont give a sh** what i think "
You are right, I don' t give a crap.......about you or NYBH or your stupid opinions.

" bro- you dont need to be out there with a gun in your hands while stoned."
I aint your " Bro" !

And just for the record, Rem don' t toke no mo' !!!!

I cannot believe what I' m reading in this thread. Getting stoned while hunting, really safe huh? Loaded weapon, stoned, hmmm recipe for disaster.

I also saw a couple of posts about " narc" hunters, etc., etc. Let' s just say I have a 17 year old son in a school for troubled teens. He thought life looked better stoned. So did a few of his friends, the night they drive their car off the side of the mountain. They were stoned alright, all the way to the morgue.

Hmmmm.....quite a topic! Bottom line is here in PA. the game law states that it is illegal to hunt while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or both! That means that if you get stoned while hunting here, you might as well kill over your limit of game, or kill a bear or turkey in deer season, or shoot at game before or after scheduled shooting hours because they all fall under the same catagory: ILLEGAL!

I would have to agree with Weakie' s post on this one. It' s all good until someone you know get' s killed because of the misuse of a firearm from someone under the influence.

By the way, Eatfishhunt, were you stoned the time you saw the sasquatch in the woods, or were you seeing clearly? Just wondering.

Does it really matter what topic/thread it was under? You still said it and what you said quite frankly concerns me, sounds like your the kind of guy that shoots bushes or noises in bushes. Sonny boy, maybe you just need a little more time to mature, work out this holier than thou attitude. I have preveiwed some of the crap that you post and you just seem to be a little condescending to others that don' t do it your way. Your thoughts on deer driving for example are very illuminating to me regards to how your narrow little mind works. Here are a few of your thoughts on deer driving-

Oh boy!! I' ll start by saying Yeah I can' t condem them for it, but it sure does leave a bad taste in my mouth. I don' t think it' s any form of hunting.

It is taxing on the body, but it' s certainly not hunting IMO. Seems to me like a lack of desire to put the time in and hunt the deer.

I may not harvest as many as these barbarians, but I' ll stick to the real deal. HUNTING!!!!

I' m not going to be part of sitting on someones tailgate with pens and paper drawing some kind of half assed ambush plan though.

Yes sireee, ' ol NYBH has it all figured out now don' t he? God luck this year fella! By the way, how does buck, I mean bush soup taste anyway? Where do you shoot the bush at? Do you go for the root ball or mid level of the trunk where the bulk of the branches are?

I usually take the root ball for a clean kill, but it depends. Sometimes ya just gotta go for the bulk.
1/2 cup lemon
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
tablespoon garlic
salt
pepper

cook on medium for 20 minutes or until branches are soggy. Let cool and serve with rice. Good luck REM.
