For me atleast..
Tomorrow I plan on headin out to the same public land i went to wednesday mornin, for those who read that thread. And i still have one tag left, i shot a button buck earlier this year and in KY (idk how it is in other states) when you call your deer in, if you choose male, you also choose visible or non visible antlers, i chose non visable and that allows you to use it as a doe tag. So now im with my antlered or antlerless tag.
I plan on shootin the first deer in bow range tomorrow. I've never shot a buck, and want to really bad, am i doing the right thing with it being so late in the season, or should i hold off and only shoot if i see a buck? And waste a tag
Opinions please!!

Here in central kentucky, the bucks are back in bachelor groups. I went out thursday yote hunting and saw 11 total deer. So I guess if the bucks move by your stand, you'll have some choices. Having said that, this late in the year I'd shoot any mature deer in range, buck or doe. I consider any animal taken with a bow a trophy.
